Testimonials

I connected with Pauly during one of the most challenging seasons of my life—when I had very little support and was navigating ongoing personal and family struggles. What stood out immediately was his ability to show up with a calm, genuine presence that didn’t feel forced or clinical, but still carried strong integrity and professionalism. Pauly has a way of meeting you where you are without judgment, while helping you move forward in a healthy, steady direction. He didn’t try to fix everything at once—instead, he provided life coaching support that helped me focus on small, meaningful steps that gradually brought stability and clarity back into my life. There were moments I felt overwhelmed and unsure, and he remained consistent—available when it mattered, grounded in his approach, and always respectful of boundaries. That balance of care and structure is rare. I’ve also participated in his parenting classes, which offered practical tools and encouragement that made a real impact in my day-to-day life with my children. Additionally, his insights align with effective addiction recovery services that promote overall well-being. What I appreciate most is that Pauly is genuinely invested in people. He creates an environment where growth feels possible, and where progress—no matter how small—is recognized and built upon. If you’re looking for someone who brings authenticity, steady guidance, and a true commitment to mental wellness coaching and helping you move forward, I would confidently recommend Pauly.

Testimonial Statement: I first met Pauly in Chico, California, in 2013. I was immediately drawn to his calm presence and genuine warmth. At the time, Pauly was struggling with addiction, experiencing homelessness, and seeking help to get clean. Having worked with hundreds of men and women in similar situations, I recognized something unique in him—a humility and determination that set the foundation for lasting change. Over the years, I have had the privilege of mentoring Pauly and watching him grow, mature, and transform his life. Today, Pauly celebrates 12 years of sobriety. He successfully completed an 18-month rehabilitation program and went on to graduate from Shasta College with an associate degree in Social Science. Pauly has built a meaningful and impactful career in addiction recovery services and counseling. His professional experience includes work with two different residential treatment facilities, as a Behavioral Health Social Worker, and for a local MAT clinic. His passion is meeting individuals exactly where they are on their journey and helping them develop a clear, practical path toward recovery and improved mental and physical well-being. Through his current business, Pauly provides recovery and mental wellness coaching, addressing often-overlooked aspects of recovery—daily accountability, consistent support, and life stabilization. He brings extensive training and experience in parenting, domestic violence, cultural competency, motivational interviewing, solution-focused trauma therapy, and client-centered care. He is also a Triple P Level 3 certified practitioner and is deeply committed to serving others with empathy, compassion, and integrity. Since 2013, Pauly has secured stable housing, reliable transportation, and continues to advance professionally, now stepping into a new role as a Part-time Family Specialist working with adopted families. He has helped hundreds of individuals and families regain control of their lives and move toward new beginnings. On one occasion, he even saved a life using Narcan. Beyond his professional achievements, Pauly is in a committed long-term relationship and continues to build a life grounded in purpose and service. For the past eight years, he has dedicated himself fully to the recovery field. Pauly is not only a highly qualified mental health professional but also someone who has walked the path himself, continues to prioritize his own growth through ongoing therapy, and now leads others with authenticity and hope. It has been an honor to witness Pauly’s journey. His life is a powerful testament to resilience, transformation, and the impact of compassionate, committed care.
